When was the start of Sauna?

Relatively speaking, Sauna is a new issue. It started when the Swedish and Finish colonists started to build their own Sauna rooms on the land of USA at the beginning of its appearance, but use of Sauna did not spread too much at that time and did not spread beyond the finish and Swedish immigrants till the fifties of the last century.

Sauna starts by relaxation and reduction of pain at the exhausted muscles and helps maintaining the skin to healthy and pure, moreover, it represents an exercise for the cordial veins and consumes an amount of 300 calories in a session, in addition to that, it increase average of construction of the body and activate the blood circulation.
Another benefit of Sauna is that it cures Rheumatism.
Rheumatism is an excessive humidity affects the weakest areas in the body like knees and joints. Therefore, when you sit in Sauna that does not need water or steam, the heat will penetrate your tissues and reach the nerves and extracts humidity to regain youth and strength.
